It's A Good Day...

It's a good day to write some songs.
And, I have written a few today.
I feel like I am in the Twilight Zone..
Waiting for something I can't quite put my finger on..
So..
I think I will go back to writing my songs...

I Long To Be..

I long to be with you.
I long to hold you tight.
Let my eyes be the ones that you gaze upon.
I wish, that I could make it simple.
I wish, I could.
But, life is never that easy.
There are many obstacles, and things which get in the way.
Unavoidable things..!
We must all go through this!
I long to be the one you kiss.
And, I long to be yours' day and night.
I wish, I could grow wings.
If I could,..
I would, take flight just to be close to you again.
And, I would do anything you wished.
You only need to say the word.
And, I would be your girl.
Will we ever find a way to be?
All I have wanted, and still want is you.
With you I feel so free.
I am still here waiting..
Longing to be with you.
Every minute, every hour.
And, I will only stop feeling this way...
When, I have no breaths left in me.

The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe

One of my favourite stories as a child was
The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.
I mean who wouldn't want to come across a
magical wardrobe while playing a game of hide and seek.
It is a story which truly sparks the creative part
of our minds. And, takes us into this dreamy world, that we
all want to escape into.

For those who are fans of the amazing, C.S. Lewis,
it looks as though we are going to get the chance
to go back to Narnia again, at least for a couple of hours.
Because, we'll be able to watch the movie coming out on:
December, 9, 2005. Mark it in your calendars!! :)

Deep thought..

It's Funny..

It's funny how things turn out, isn't it...?
One minute , we're sailing along.
Doing that same old thing we all do.
Day after day..!
Night after night!
Endless streams, of unrealised consciousness.
Extreme states of highs, and then, those troublesome lows.
There must be, an inner switch that goes off inside of each of us.
Don't you think?
There must be a "coping switch"..!
Isn't there?
How else could we get through this?
These bumps in the road..
Do they get easier with time?
I listen to everyone, and no one really in particular.
I think about those people, and think about myself last.
Why, you might think?
Easy...
If, you put yourself in someone else's shoes.
You can put your inner thoughts to the wayside, momemtarily.
And, take mindless focus off of your own hurdles.
We are all targeted in some way by this.
We just have to find that inner switch I mentioned.
We, always have to revisit our monsters.
But, for some comfort in these tangled times.
If you need a lifeline...
Here I am, in the flesh.
Remember though..
I can't swim, but I won't let you drown.
