A Painting by Peter J. Bailey

Just one simple, but true thing

I just have one thing I want to say:
The truth is..
ILK

It's as simple as that.

;)

There is only one person that needs to understand this.

One Of My Favourite Songs...

One of my favourite Opera songs is Lakme *The Flower Duet* by Leo Delibes. You've probably all heard this song before. It was in a car commercial and, it was also in the British Airways commercial as well.
It sounds like two angels are singing, it is one of the most beautiful duets that I have ever heard.

Here are the lyrics:

LAKME
by Leo Delibes

Sous le dome epais
Ou le blanc jasmin
A la rose s’otilde;assemble,
Sur la rive en fleurs,
Riant au matin,
Viens, descendons ensemble.

Doucement glissons;
De son flot charmant
Suivons le courant
Fuyant; dans
L’otilde;onde fremissante.
D’otilde;une main nonchalante,

Viens, gagnons le bord
Ou la souree dort.
Et l’otilde;oiseau,
L’otilde;oiseau chante.

Sous le dome epais,
Sous le blanc jasmin,
Ah! descendons ensemble

Till the next update,

ADIEU

THE WINDY CITY OF CHICAGO

Perhaps the most typically American place in America.
- - - James Bryce, 1888

Hello there....well, I am back from the Windy City. Here are the photos that I took when I was on my business trip. In between, I had a few hours each day to take some nice pictures in Chicago.

I kept a two day journal as well...if you want to take a peep let me know, and I can email it to you. :)

........More later...........
