Life is one big risk opportunity
-- Ralph Marston
All to often the distractions of the day to day can take us away from the things we hold a passion for in this life.
Running here, Running there.
Trying so hard to get everything done in one day.
Trying so hard to leave some sort of legacy behind.
For who?
For what?
Doesn't it matter when we're here?
Or, does it matter when we enter another dimension, perhaps?
This life can be so confusing, can't it?
Too often, I question my actions.
Too often, I am bogged down by constant longing and thoughts.
Thought provoking myself to death.
Propping myself up on an iron shield in hopes of remaining solid.
I ask myself why I feel the things I feel.
And, why do I react the way I do, sometimes?
Is this the fabric which I have carried with me for a long time?
Sometimes, one word answers are all you need to hear.
The steps you will take are dependant on how you get yourself there.
It doesn't matter how you get there.
Just get there, somehow.
How do you know the next decision you must take forward?
Well, my friends,
It all depends on whether you're listening to your inner voice or not.
We are on this planet to take risks, are we not?
Otherwise, what is the point of us all being here in the first place.
That's just my take on things. ;)
What's your opinion..?
Thoughts?

I agree that it's often better to take risks, but it's also easy to get caught up in day-to-day activities (which don't lend themselves to abrubt and possibly strange decisions).
I always feel like I'm rushing from one thing to another, and the only time you get to asses your life or a given situation is when things slow down either by chance or by your own design.
Hey Sharon! Sorry haven't gotten back to you about our day out. Things have been soooooo hectic. I have 2 fistulas and Braiden just got diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Been spending lots of time at CHEO learning about it. Anyhow still wanna get together????
