Nothing has changed..
But, nothing stays the same.
Isn't that funny?
We are the same now,
As we were back then.
We may dress differently.
We may listen to new music.
Now, we have new words to use.
But, we all have the same things to deal with.
The lovers, we will all love.
The jealousy that consumes us all.
Green eyes that stare at us.
The adulterers..
The ones who want to be saved.
Those who sacrifice themselves for a noble cause.
Trying to save those who wouldn't think twice about you.
The game we are all a part of..
Whether we like it or not...
We are all involved.
There is no one getting voted off this "Planet island"...
Until the time is right for each one of us.
